Orders are generally processed within 24 hours after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays may be processed on the next available business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

After your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

The estimated delivery time is 5–10 days after the order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it may be provided by email or through your order information.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

7. Damaged Packages
